Surah Al-Ahqaf · The Wind-Curved Sandhills

بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

  1. Ayah 4

    قُلْ أَرَأَيْتُم مَّا تَدْعُونَ مِن دُونِ اللَّهِ أَرُونِي مَاذَا خَلَقُوا مِنَ الْأَرْضِ أَمْ لَهُمْ شِرْكٌ فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ ۖ ائْتُونِي بِكِتَابٍ مِّن قَبْلِ هَـٰذَا أَوْ أَثَارَةٍ مِّنْ عِلْمٍ إِن كُنتُمْ صَادِقِينَ

    Thuaju (atyre): “Më tregoni ju për ata që i adhuroni, pos Perëndisë? Më dëftoni ju se çka kanë krijuar ata në Tokë, apo a kanë ndonjë pjesëmarrje ata në (krijimin) e qiejve? Ma sillni Librin e shpallur para këtij (Kur’anit) apo vetëm ndonjë gjurmë nga dijenia, nëse jeni të vërtetë”.

  2. Ayah 5

    وَمَنْ أَضَلُّ مِمَّن يَدْعُو مِن دُونِ اللَّهِ مَن لَّا يَسْتَجِيبُ لَهُ إِلَىٰ يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ وَهُمْ عَن دُعَائِهِمْ غَافِلُونَ

    Kush është më i humbur se ata, të cilët, pos Perëndisë, u luten atyre të cilët nuk mund t’u përgjigjen deri në Ditën e Kijametit, e ata janë të pakujdesshëm ndaj lutjes së tyre.

  3. Ayah 6

    وَإِذَا حُشِرَ النَّاسُ كَانُوا لَهُمْ أَعْدَاءً وَكَانُوا بِعِبَادَتِهِمْ كَافِرِينَ

    E, kur të ringjallen njerëzit, ata (të adhuruarit, pos Perëndisë), do të jenë armiq të tyre (adhuruesve) dhe do ta mohojnë adhurimin e tyre.

  4. Ayah 7

    وَإِذَا تُتْلَىٰ عَلَيْهِمْ آيَاتُنَا بَيِّنَاتٍ قَالَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا لِلْحَقِّ لَمَّا جَاءَهُمْ هَـٰذَا سِحْرٌ مُّبِينٌ

    E, kur t’u lexohen ajetet Tona të qarta, mohuesit thonë për të Vërtetën – posa të dëgjojnë: “Kjo është magji e qartë!”

  5. Ayah 8

    أَمْ يَقُولُونَ افْتَرَاهُ ۖ قُلْ إِنِ افْتَرَيْتُهُ فَلَا تَمْلِكُونَ لِي مِنَ اللَّهِ شَيْئًا ۖ هُوَ أَعْلَمُ بِمَا تُفِيضُونَ فِيهِ ۖ كَفَىٰ بِهِ شَهِيدًا بَيْنِي وَبَيْنَكُمْ ۖ وَهُوَ الْغَفُورُ الرَّحِيمُ

    Ose ata thonë: “Ai (Muhammedi) e trilloi atë (Kur’anin)”. Thuaju (atyre): “Por, nëse unë e trilloj atë, ju nuk do të mund të më ndihmoni asgjë nga dënimi i Perëndisë. Ai di më së miri përse zhyteni në trillime për të (Kur’anin). Mjafton Ai dëshmitar mes meje dhe jush. Ai është Falës dhe Mëshirues”.

  6. Ayah 9

    قُلْ مَا كُنتُ بِدْعًا مِّنَ الرُّسُلِ وَمَا أَدْرِي مَا يُفْعَلُ بِي وَلَا بِكُمْ ۖ إِنْ أَتَّبِعُ إِلَّا مَا يُوحَىٰ إِلَيَّ وَمَا أَنَا إِلَّا نَذِيرٌ مُّبِينٌ

    Thuaju (atyre): “Unë nuk jam i pari profet (i ardhur në këtë Botë) dhe unë nuk di çka do të ndodhë me mua ose me ju. Unë ndjek vetëm atë që më është shpallë dhe unë jam vetëm paralajmërues i qartë”.

  7. Ayah 10

    قُلْ أَرَأَيْتُمْ إِن كَانَ مِنْ عِندِ اللَّهِ وَكَفَرْتُم بِهِ وَشَهِدَ شَاهِدٌ مِّن بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ عَلَىٰ مِثْلِهِ فَآمَنَ وَاسْتَكْبَرْتُمْ ۖ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يَهْدِي الْقَوْمَ الظَّالِمِينَ

    Thuaju (atyre): “Më thuani ju mua se çka do të bëhet me ju nëse Kur’ani është prej Perëndisë, e ju e mohoni, e ka dëshmuar (për të) dikush prej bijve të Israelit në shembullin e tij e besoi, kurse ju u bëtë mendjemëdhenj (nuk besuat)!” Me të vërtetë, Perëndia, nuk e udhëzon (në rrugë të drejtë) popullin zullumqarë.

Meccan Surahs

The Meccan Surahs are the earliest revelations sent down to the Prophet Muhammad (صلى الله عليه وسلم). They were revealed in Mecca, hence their name. These revelations form the foundation of the Islamic faith and contain guidance for Muslims on how to live their lives. The Meccan Surahs are also notable for their poetic beauty and lyrical prose.

Medinan Surahs

The Medinan Surahs are the later Surahs that, according to Islamic tradition, were revealed in Medina after the Prophet Muhammad's (صلى الله عليه وسلم) hijra from Mecca. They were revealed by Allah (سبحانه و تعالى) when the Muslim community was larger and more developed, as opposed to their minority position in Mecca.
