Surah Al-A'raf · Al-A‘rтf

بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

Verses around 7:87

  1. Ayah 84

    وَأَمْطَرْنَا عَلَيْهِم مَّطَرًا ۖ فَانظُرْ كَيْفَ كَانَ عَاقِبَةُ الْمُجْرِمِينَ

    Facemmo piovere su di loro una pioggia... Guarda cosa è avvenuto ai perversi.

  2. Ayah 85

    وَإِلَىٰ مَدْيَنَ أَخَاهُمْ شُعَيْبًا ۗ قَالَ يَا قَوْمِ اعْبُدُوا اللَّهَ مَا لَكُم مِّنْ إِلَـٰهٍ غَيْرُهُ ۖ قَدْ جَاءَتْكُم بَيِّنَةٌ مِّن رَّبِّكُمْ ۖ فَأَوْفُوا الْكَيْلَ وَالْمِيزَانَ وَلَا تَبْخَسُوا النَّاسَ أَشْيَاءَهُمْ وَلَا تُفْسِدُوا فِي الْأَرْضِ بَعْدَ إِصْلَاحِهَا ۚ ذَٰلِكُمْ خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ إِن كُنتُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ

    Agli abitanti di Madyan [inviammo] il loro fratello Shuayb! Disse: “O popol mio, adorate Allah. Per voi non c'è altro dio che Lui. Vi è giunta una prova da parte del vostro Signore. Riempite la misura e date il giusto peso e non danneggiate gli uomini nei loro beni. Non corrompete la terra dopo che Allah la creò pura: ciò è meglio per voi, se siete credenti.

  3. Ayah 86

    وَلَا تَقْعُدُوا بِكُلِّ صِرَاطٍ تُوعِدُونَ وَتَصُدُّونَ عَن سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ مَنْ آمَنَ بِهِ وَتَبْغُونَهَا عِوَجًا ۚ وَاذْكُرُوا إِذْ كُنتُمْ قَلِيلًا فَكَثَّرَكُمْ ۖ وَانظُرُوا كَيْفَ كَانَ عَاقِبَةُ الْمُفْسِدِينَ

    Non appostatevi su ogni strada, distogliendo dal sentiero di Allah coloro che credono in Lui, e cercando di renderlo tortuoso. Ricordatevi di quando eravate pochi ed Egli vi ha moltiplicati. Guardate cosa è accaduto ai corruttori.

  4. Ayah 87

    وَإِن كَانَ طَائِفَةٌ مِّنكُمْ آمَنُوا بِالَّذِي أُرْسِلْتُ بِهِ وَطَائِفَةٌ لَّمْ يُؤْمِنُوا فَاصْبِرُوا حَتَّىٰ يَحْكُمَ اللَّهُ بَيْنَنَا ۚ وَهُوَ خَيْرُ الْحَاكِمِينَ

    Se una parte di voi crede nel messaggio con il quale sono stato inviato ed un'altra parte non crede, siate pazienti e sopportate fino a che Allah giudichi tra di noi! Egli è il migliore dei giudici”.

  5. Ayah 88

    قَالَ الْمَلَأُ الَّذِينَ اسْتَكْبَرُوا مِن قَوْمِهِ لَنُخْرِجَنَّكَ يَا شُعَيْبُ وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا مَعَكَ مِن قَرْيَتِنَا أَوْ لَتَعُودُنَّ فِي مِلَّتِنَا ۚ قَالَ أَوَلَوْ كُنَّا كَارِهِينَ

    I notabili del suo popolo, che erano tronfi di orgoglio, dissero: “O Shuayb, certamente ti cacceremo dalla nostra città, tu e quelli che hanno creduto in te, a meno che non ritorniate alla nostra religione!”. Rispose: “Anche se la aborriamo?

  6. Ayah 89

    قَدِ افْتَرَيْنَا عَلَى اللَّهِ كَذِبًا إِنْ عُدْنَا فِي مِلَّتِكُم بَعْدَ إِذْ نَجَّانَا اللَّهُ مِنْهَا ۚ وَمَا يَكُونُ لَنَا أَن نَّعُودَ فِيهَا إِلَّا أَن يَشَاءَ اللَّهُ رَبُّنَا ۚ وَسِعَ رَبُّنَا كُلَّ شَيْءٍ عِلْمًا ۚ عَلَى اللَّهِ تَوَكَّلْنَا ۚ رَبَّنَا افْتَحْ بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَ قَوْمِنَا بِالْحَقِّ وَأَنتَ خَيْرُ الْفَاتِحِينَ

    Inventeremmo menzogne contro Allah se ritornassimo alla vostra religione dopo che Allah ce ne ha salvati. Non potremo farvi ritorno - a meno che lo voglia Allah nostro Signore. Il nostro Signore possiede la scienza di ogni cosa. In Allah riponiamo la nostra fiducia. O Signor nostro, giudica secondo verità, tra noi e il nostro popolo; Tu sei il Migliore dei giudici”.

  7. Ayah 90

    وَقَالَ الْمَلَأُ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا مِن قَوْمِهِ لَئِنِ اتَّبَعْتُمْ شُعَيْبًا إِنَّكُمْ إِذًا لَّخَاسِرُونَ

    I notabili del suo popolo, che erano miscredenti, dissero: “Se seguite Shuayb sarete sicuramente rovinati!”.

The Quran

Meccan Surahs

The Meccan Surahs are the earliest revelations sent down to the Prophet Muhammad (صلى الله عليه وسلم). They were revealed in Mecca, hence their name. These revelations form the foundation of the Islamic faith and contain guidance for Muslims on how to live their lives. The Meccan Surahs are also notable for their poetic beauty and lyrical prose.

Medinan Surahs

The Medinan Surahs are the later Surahs that, according to Islamic tradition, were revealed in Medina after the Prophet Muhammad's (صلى الله عليه وسلم) hijra from Mecca. They were revealed by Allah (سبحانه و تعالى) when the Muslim community was larger and more developed, as opposed to their minority position in Mecca.
