بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

Verses around 20:129

  1. Ayah 126

    قَالَ كَذَٰلِكَ أَتَتْكَ آيَاتُنَا فَنَسِيتَهَا ۖ وَكَذَٰلِكَ الْيَوْمَ تُنسَىٰ

    [Allah] Risponderà: “Ecco, ti giunsero i Nostri segni e li dimenticasti; alla stessa maniera oggi sei dimenticato”.

  2. Ayah 127

    وَكَذَٰلِكَ نَجْزِي مَنْ أَسْرَفَ وَلَمْ يُؤْمِن بِآيَاتِ رَبِّهِ ۚ وَلَعَذَابُ الْآخِرَةِ أَشَدُّ وَأَبْقَىٰ

    Compensiamo così il trasgressore che non crede ai segni del suo Signore. In verità, il castigo dell'altra vita è più severo e durevole.

  3. Ayah 128

    أَفَلَمْ يَهْدِ لَهُمْ كَمْ أَهْلَكْنَا قَبْلَهُم مِّنَ الْقُرُونِ يَمْشُونَ فِي مَسَاكِنِهِمْ ۗ إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَآيَاتٍ لِّأُولِي النُّهَىٰ

    Non è servito loro da lezione che facemmo perire le generazioni, nelle cui dimore, oggi. si aggirano? In verità, in ciò vi sono certo segni per coloro che hanno intelletto.

  4. Ayah 129

    وَلَوْلَا كَلِمَةٌ سَبَقَتْ مِن رَّبِّكَ لَكَانَ لِزَامًا وَأَجَلٌ مُّسَمًّى

    Se non fosse stato per una precedente parola del tuo Signore e per un termine già stabilito, già [tutto questo] sarebbe avvenuto.

  5. Ayah 130

    فَاصْبِرْ عَلَىٰ مَا يَقُولُونَ وَسَبِّحْ بِحَمْدِ رَبِّكَ قَبْلَ طُلُوعِ الشَّمْسِ وَقَبْلَ غُرُوبِهَا ۖ وَمِنْ آنَاءِ اللَّيْلِ فَسَبِّحْ وَأَطْرَافَ النَّهَارِ لَعَلَّكَ تَرْضَىٰ

    Sopporta dunque con pazienza quello che dicono, glorifica e loda il tuo Signore prima del levarsi del sole e prima che tramonti. GlorificaLo durante la notte e agli estremi del giorno, così che tu possa essere soddisfatto.

  6. Ayah 131

    وَلَا تَمُدَّنَّ عَيْنَيْكَ إِلَىٰ مَا مَتَّعْنَا بِهِ أَزْوَاجًا مِّنْهُمْ زَهْرَةَ الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا لِنَفْتِنَهُمْ فِيهِ ۚ وَرِزْقُ رَبِّكَ خَيْرٌ وَأَبْقَىٰ

    Non volgere lo sguardo ai beni effimeri che abbiamo concesso ad alcuni di loro, per metterli alla prova. Il compenso del tuo Signore è certamente migliore e più duraturo!

  7. Ayah 132

    وَأْمُرْ أَهْلَكَ بِالصَّلَاةِ وَاصْطَبِرْ عَلَيْهَا ۖ لَا نَسْأَلُكَ رِزْقًا ۖ نَّحْنُ نَرْزُقُكَ ۗ وَالْعَاقِبَةُ لِلتَّقْوَىٰ

    Comanda la preghiera alla tua gente e assiduamente assolvila. Non ti chiediamo alcun nutrimento: siamo Noi a nutrirti! Il felice esito è nel timore di Allah.

Meccan Surahs

The Meccan Surahs are the earliest revelations sent down to the Prophet Muhammad (صلى الله عليه وسلم). They were revealed in Mecca, hence their name. These revelations form the foundation of the Islamic faith and contain guidance for Muslims on how to live their lives. The Meccan Surahs are also notable for their poetic beauty and lyrical prose.

Medinan Surahs

The Medinan Surahs are the later Surahs that, according to Islamic tradition, were revealed in Medina after the Prophet Muhammad's (صلى الله عليه وسلم) hijra from Mecca. They were revealed by Allah (سبحانه و تعالى) when the Muslim community was larger and more developed, as opposed to their minority position in Mecca.
