Surah An-Nahl · Le Api

بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

Verses around 16:59

  1. Ayah 56

    وَيَجْعَلُونَ لِمَا لَا يَعْلَمُونَ نَصِيبًا مِّمَّا رَزَقْنَاهُمْ ۗ تَاللَّهِ لَتُسْأَلُنَّ عَمَّا كُنتُمْ تَفْتَرُونَ

    Attribuiscono parte di quello che abbiamo dato loro a esseri che neanche conoscono. Per Allah, certamente vi sarà chiesto conto di ciò che avrete inventato.

  2. Ayah 57

    وَيَجْعَلُونَ لِلَّهِ الْبَنَاتِ سُبْحَانَهُ ۙ وَلَهُم مَّا يَشْتَهُونَ

    Attribuiscono figlie ad Allah - Gloria a Lui! - e a loro stessi quello che più desiderano.

  3. Ayah 58

    وَإِذَا بُشِّرَ أَحَدُهُم بِالْأُنثَىٰ ظَلَّ وَجْهُهُ مُسْوَدًّا وَهُوَ كَظِيمٌ

    Quando si annuncia ad uno di loro la nascita di una figlia, il suo volto si adombra e soffoca [in sé la sua ira].

  4. Ayah 59

    يَتَوَارَىٰ مِنَ الْقَوْمِ مِن سُوءِ مَا بُشِّرَ بِهِ ۚ أَيُمْسِكُهُ عَلَىٰ هُونٍ أَمْ يَدُسُّهُ فِي التُّرَابِ ۗ أَلَا سَاءَ مَا يَحْكُمُونَ

    Sfugge alla gente, per via della disgrazia che gli è stata annunciata: deve tenerla nonostante la vergogna o seppellirla nella polvere? Quant'è orribile il loro modo di giudicare.

  5. Ayah 60

    لِلَّذِينَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ بِالْآخِرَةِ مَثَلُ السَّوْءِ ۖ وَلِلَّهِ الْمَثَلُ الْأَعْلَىٰ ۚ وَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الْحَكِيمُ

    A quelli che non credono nell'altra vita si applica la metafora stessa del male, mentre la metafora più elevata spetta ad Allah, Egli è l'Eccelso, il Saggio.

  6. Ayah 61

    وَلَوْ يُؤَاخِذُ اللَّهُ النَّاسَ بِظُلْمِهِم مَّا تَرَكَ عَلَيْهَا مِن دَابَّةٍ وَلَـٰكِن يُؤَخِّرُهُمْ إِلَىٰ أَجَلٍ مُّسَمًّى ۖ فَإِذَا جَاءَ أَجَلُهُمْ لَا يَسْتَأْخِرُونَ سَاعَةً ۖ وَلَا يَسْتَقْدِمُونَ

    Se Allah [volesse] punire [tutti] gli uomini delle loro colpe, non lascerebbe alcun essere vivente sulla terra. Li rimanda fino al termine stabilito. Quando poi giunge il termine, non potranno ritardarlo di un'ora, né anticiparlo.

  7. Ayah 62

    وَيَجْعَلُونَ لِلَّهِ مَا يَكْرَهُونَ وَتَصِفُ أَلْسِنَتُهُمُ الْكَذِبَ أَنَّ لَهُمُ الْحُسْنَىٰ ۖ لَا جَرَمَ أَنَّ لَهُمُ النَّارَ وَأَنَّهُم مُّفْرَطُونَ

    Attribuiscono ad Allah ciò che essi detestano e le loro lingue proferiscono menzogna, quando dicono che avranno il meglio. Quello che indubbiamente avranno sarà il Fuoco in cui saranno spinti.

The Quran

Meccan Surahs

The Meccan Surahs are the earliest revelations sent down to the Prophet Muhammad (صلى الله عليه وسلم). They were revealed in Mecca, hence their name. These revelations form the foundation of the Islamic faith and contain guidance for Muslims on how to live their lives. The Meccan Surahs are also notable for their poetic beauty and lyrical prose.

Medinan Surahs

The Medinan Surahs are the later Surahs that, according to Islamic tradition, were revealed in Medina after the Prophet Muhammad's (صلى الله عليه وسلم) hijra from Mecca. They were revealed by Allah (سبحانه و تعالى) when the Muslim community was larger and more developed, as opposed to their minority position in Mecca.
